California's 34th State Treasurer. She was elected on November 6, 2018 with more votes (7,825,587) than any other candidate for treasurer in the state's history. She is the first woman of color and the first woman Certified Public Accountant (CPA) elected in the position. California is the world's fifth largest economy and Treasurer Ma is the state's primary banker.

Andrew Horowitz leads the Horowitz Group at Rockefeller Capital Management. Andy began his career at 13 cleaning boat bottoms and by his early 20’s it was built into a national marine accessory MFG Co. That spirit led to the launch of The Estate Management Group which was sold in 2011. Andy then spent several years working at Morgan Stanley & Merrill Lynch until 2020, when he transitioned his practice to Rockefeller Capital Management to better serve his clients’ sophisticated needs. Andy is an author of the book “The Next Step” and is a frequent lecturer at USC Marshall school.
